1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Manaspurti Technologies Private Limited (“DUIID”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your access to DUIID websites, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, accepting an order, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be legally capable of entering this agreement. If you use DUIID for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it. A dependent may use an age-appropriate family experience only through an authorized adult and where permitted by law. Consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.
If a signed business agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for the covered organization and services.
2. The DUIID service
DUIID is an identity lifecycle and continuity platform. It is designed to help people and organizations create or import identities; organize credentials, documents, assets, accounts, claims, and relationships; control access; verify selected information; recover from loss or compromise; plan succession; and export, archive, transfer, or close.
DUIID is not a government identity authority, law firm, estate planner, bank, insurer, fiduciary, certification authority, or emergency service. A DUIID workflow does not replace a will, power of attorney, company resolution, court order, regulatory filing, or professional advice where one is legally required.
Features may differ by plan, jurisdiction, device, risk level, and release channel. The interface or order form will identify material limits before you rely on a paid or consequential capability.
3. Accounts, identities, and realms
You are responsible for accurate registration information, protecting enrolled devices and recovery materials, and promptly reporting suspected compromise. You may not transfer account authentication to another person; use delegation or ownership-transfer features instead.
A realm is an ownership and policy boundary. Personal, family, professional, and organization realms may be connected, but they are not interchangeable:
- a personal realm belongs to the individual account owner;
- a shared or family realm has defined member, organizer, dependent, and guardian powers;
- an organization realm and its business resources are controlled by the organization through authorized administrators;
- an organization administrator does not acquire authority over a member’s personal realm merely because the member joins the organization.
You may create multiple identity contexts only for lawful, non-deceptive purposes. Impersonation, fabricated verification, evasion of enforcement, and misleading affiliation are prohibited.
4. Your content and instructions
You retain ownership of content you submit to DUIID (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive right to host, process, transmit, transform, back up, and display Your Content only as necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service, comply with your instructions, and meet legal obligations. This right ends when the content is deleted from active systems, subject to documented retention needs.
You confirm that:
- you have the rights and lawful authority needed to add, share, publish, verify, delegate, transfer, or instruct us to process Your Content;
- Your Content and instructions do not violate law, privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property, contract, or another person’s safety;
- information you mark as verified, official, or organization-controlled is not materially deceptive.
Public content may be indexed, copied, cached, or archived by others. Deleting it from DUIID does not erase copies outside our control. Protected content shared with an authorized recipient may be copied by that recipient; revocation prevents future authorized access but cannot recall an external copy.
5. Sharing, delegation, recovery, and continuity
Consequential access is represented as an explicit grant or instruction. You are responsible for choosing trustworthy recipients, reviewing scope and duration, and revoking authority when it is no longer appropriate. Recipients must use access only for the stated and lawful purpose.
Emergency access, incapacity, beneficiary, succession, and digital-legacy workflows may require verification, approvals, waiting periods, notices, competing-claim review, or legal evidence. A named contact does not receive access merely because they make a request. You may revoke or replace an instruction until it becomes irrevocable under an action you approved or applicable law.
DUIID may pause a release, transfer, recovery, or closure while investigating fraud, coercion, compromise, incapacity, disputed authority, safety risk, or conflicting legal claims. We do not decide inheritance or ownership disputes beyond applying the Service’s rules and valid legal instructions.
6. Organizations and administrators
An organization controls its realm, subscription, policies, and business content. Its authorized administrators may invite or remove members, assign roles, approve access, manage retention, review organization audit information, and transfer business ownership within their granted authority.
Organizations are responsible for lawful member instructions, workplace notices, administrator selection, timely offboarding, and maintaining at least one valid continuity path. Members are responsible for separating personal information from organization-controlled resources. When a member leaves, the organization may retain or transfer its business content while the former member’s personal realm remains theirs.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use DUIID to:
- break the law; exploit, threaten, stalk, discriminate against, or cause harm to another person;
- impersonate another person or organization, forge verification, conceal malicious control, or facilitate fraud;
- store, distribute, or provide access to content you have no right to possess or share;
- probe, scan, disrupt, overload, bypass, or compromise the Service except through an expressly authorized security-testing program;
- introduce malware, automate abusive activity, scrape non-public information, evade rate or plan limits, or interfere with another user;
- use a delegated credential or automation beyond its approved scope, purpose, duration, or audience;
- resell or white-label the Service without written permission.
Good-faith vulnerability research should follow our security reporting guidance. If you are unsure whether planned testing is authorized, contact us before testing.
8. AI assistance and integrations
Optional AI features may help summarize, organize, draft, extract, or explain. Output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. Review it before use. DUIID does not allow an AI feature to make a final consequential access, identity, legal, financial, or legacy decision without required human confirmation.
Connected services are governed by their own terms and may change or stop access. You authorize DUIID to exchange only the information necessary for the integration and the actions you request. You remain responsible for permissions held at the external service and may disconnect future access.
9. Plans, payment, renewal, and cancellation
Prices, taxes, billing periods, usage allowances, renewal terms, and paid capabilities are shown before purchase. Unless the order says otherwise, subscriptions renew for the same period until cancelled. You authorize our payment processor to charge the selected method for amounts due.
You can cancel future renewal through the available account or support process. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Refund eligibility is governed by the purchase terms, applicable consumer law, and our published refund policy. We will provide notice before a material price change applies to a renewal.
Non-payment may pause premium creation, storage growth, integrations, or support. It will not be used to prevent reasonable access to security response, data export, recovery, or account closure. We may apply fair-use limits to protect service reliability and prevent disproportionate cost or abuse.
10. DUIID property and feedback
DUIID and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, software, design, documentation, trademarks, and other materials excluding Your Content. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose during your account or subscription.
If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or payment, provided we do not identify you publicly as the source without permission. Feedback does not transfer ownership of Your Content.
11. Changes, previews, and availability
We continually improve the Service and may add, change, restrict, or retire capabilities. We will give reasonable notice when a material change removes a relied-on paid function, changes ownership or privacy, or requires action to avoid data loss. Security and legal emergencies may require faster action.
Preview, beta, or experimental features may be less reliable, change without notice, and have additional limits. They will be identified in context and must not be used for a critical workflow unless expressly approved for it. Service-level commitments apply only when included in a signed agreement.
12. Suspension, export, and closure
You may stop using DUIID and close your account through the supported lifecycle process. Before closure, you should export required data, resolve shared ownership, replace dependencies, and review continuity instructions.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address security risk, unlawful activity, abuse, non-payment, legal requirements, or material breach. Where lawful and safe, we will explain the reason and offer a way to appeal or correct the issue. We may terminate an account for an uncured material breach or serious harm.
Closure ends your right to use the Service but does not erase terms that by nature continue, including ownership, payment obligations, lawful retention, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions.
13. Responsibility, disclaimers, and liability
We will provide the Service with reasonable care and skill and will not exclude a warranty or remedy that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. Otherwise, the Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, universal third-party compatibility, successful recovery after every recovery path is lost, or that a legal or commercial authority will accept a DUIID record.
You are responsible for lawful instructions, recipient selection, device and recovery-material care, independent copies required by law or professional practice, and reviewing consequential actions. DUIID is not liable for an external service, a recipient’s use of information after authorized disclosure, or decisions made outside the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, or lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, arising from these Terms. DUIID’s aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid DUIID for the affected Service during the twelve months before the event or the minimum remedy required by applicable law.
These limits do not apply where exclusion is unlawful, including liability that cannot be limited for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury, or mandatory consumer and data-protection rights.
14. Governing law, disputes, and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without limiting mandatory rights you have under the law of your residence. Before filing a claim, contact contact@duiid.com with a description and requested resolution so both sides can attempt a good-faith resolution. Subject to mandatory consumer forums and jurisdiction, courts in Panaji, Goa will have jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms to reflect new capabilities, legal requirements, or risk. Material changes will be announced before they take effect. If you do not accept a material change, you may stop using the affected Service and use the available export and closure options before it applies.
